1. Color aberration：This shop products colors are checked by the designers, but for the computer monitor,indoor and outdoor lights' different, there will be a sense of color aberration.please see the colors on real products, hope you can understand!

2. Shipping way:We can arrange the shipping by sea and air. We can provide door-to-door service by sea and air, which can save you time and money. In addition, we have cooperative freight forwarders in some countries and can arrange customs clearance for you.

Remark:For the customized products are big,customers can come to the factory for inspection after the product is finished. If there is no time to come to the factory, we can also provide video inspection. We will ship for you after the inspection. 

3.  Samples: We do not provide samples free of charge. We need to charge sample fee, after you place the mass producing order, we will fund back the sample cost. Hope you can understand.

4.  Price:For the customized products, the material, size, color,quantity different, the price will be different. We will provide you the best price according to the detail requirements. so the price online will be different as each quotation.

5.  Modification: Pls provide the detail information before making the drawing, if the drawing modification more than twice, we will charge the 10% drawing fee of total amount. 

6.  Breach of contract：Once the order is established, it shall not be partially or completely canceled for reasons of Party A. In this case, the deposit will not be refundable. Customized products do not support return or exchange. Since the day leaving factory, the guarantee time is one year, light sources(bulbs) are not in guarantee limits.
