1. Paint selection

2. Spraying parameters
Painting and powder spraying can be suspended for spraying first, or can be done separately in a small spraying room. Paint can be sprayed by electrostatic or non-electrostatic air. Powder spraying must be electrostatic spraying, friction gun spraying, fluidized bed spraying and other methods.
3. Baking temperature
Paint drying temperature: 60-220 ℃, 15-60min. Distinguish according to paint characteristics
Drying temperature of powder: 180 ℃ to 200 ℃, 10 to 20min. Distinguish according to powder characteristics
4. Adhesion
Both of them can reach the level 0 standard under normal painting
5. Thickness of paint film
Paint: 15-120 μ m. Coating film varies according to paint composition
Powder spraying: 60-120 μ m, which varies according to the type.
6. Color types
Paint: Plain, metallic.
Powder: Plain color, metallic color, wrinkles, sand lines and other artistic coatings.
