International logistics packaging requirements, how to package international logistics?
International logistics is long-distance freight transportation between two countries, so there is more or less shaking of goods throughout the entire logistics transportation process. How can we package them to make international logistics more reliable? Today we will discuss this issue.
The packaging of international logistics must meet the following requirements:
(1) The packaging of the goods must be firm and intact, to avoid packaging damage, internal exposure, and loss during logistics transportation.
(2) The appearance of the packaging should be suitable for the characteristics, condition, and net weight of the goods, and be conducive to handling, loading, unloading, and stacking.
(3) The packaging of goods and small animals consigned under special conditions, such as fresh and perishable goods, should comply with the corresponding regulations for each cargo.
(4) For special small express goods (such as small sample items), it is necessary to add a certain volume of wooden box packaging or paper box packaging (using filler pads, etc.).
(5) The advance payment raw materials (such as wood slag and shredded paper) inside the packaging cannot be exposed.
Unique packaging regulations for some goods:
Electronic keyboard, porcelain, artwork and other important or expensive items should be packed in wooden cases.
1. Countries such as the UK, Australia, Australia, and others have strict requirements for unprocessed wood or wood packaging. It is necessary to carry out fumigation in the original exporting country and provide an approved fumigation certificate. The exporting country can accept the import of goods. Otherwise, punishment may be imposed or the goods returned to the exporting country.
2. The wooden packaging requirements for pine and cypress trees in the European region must be provided by the quarantine bureau of the original exporting country when the goods are imported: there is no evidence of pests or diseases.
3. The wooden furniture after production and processing does not need to be fumigated.
Common items in daily life, such as books and various supplies, can be self packaged in sturdy paper boxes and easily waterproof.
Fragile items have powerful functions and can be replenished to prevent damage.
4. The standard allows for burying a layer of moisture-proof equipment (such as packaging bags, cloth, etc.) inside the paper box.
In a packaging box, light and heavy items should be effectively matched and placed for easy handling.
The box should always be filled with filling material, which should be rich and can be filled with tissues, toilet paper, small clothes, etc. to prevent the items in the box from rolling and colliding with each other during the entire transportation process and being damaged.
Liquid cargo. Make sure to leave a gap of 5-10% inside the container, and ensure that the seal is flat and tight; Do not spill.
Powder cargo. It should be ensured that the powder form is not exposed.
High precision vulnerable parts, fragile and fragile goods. The net weight of loose goods should not exceed 25 kilograms, and multi-level packaging, suspension training packaging, anti overturning packaging, and glass container packaging can be selected.
