e. Freight prepaid or collect, whether it is door-to-door (if door-to-door, a detailed address of the consignee is required to provide a quotation);

f. Product name: Is it a hazardous material, does it require commercial inspection, magnetic steel needs to undergo magnetic inspection, and some chemical products require non hazardous letter of guarantee and chemical identification certificate (original).

2. Accept consignment from the shipper:

After receiving the shipper's consignment, carefully review the consignment, mainly checking whether the basic information is complete; Confirm the pickup time, delivery method, and insurance amount.

3. Booking:

Writing a power of attorney; When creating a document, it is important to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the original tracking data to reduce frequent changes in the subsequent process. Generally, the shipper, consignee (detailed name, address, phone number, etc.), and product name should be filled in correctly; Fax the power of attorney to the agent and confirm if it has been received. If there are special requirements, please advise again and obtain the warehouse number and warehouse drawing.

4. Entry:

If the customer delivers the goods to the airport themselves, they usually need to forward the warehouse receipt to the customer in advance, informing them of the warehouse number and address. The carrier should be informed of the documents along with the goods.

5. Customs declaration:

Understand the information required for customs declaration of frequently exported goods; Fill in the corresponding packing list and invoice, the gross weight and net weight, number of pieces, packing type, amount and volume shown, and review the correctness of the Customs declaration (the documents are consistent). It is specially pointed out that the export unit in Zhuji, if the "port of destination" column on the Customs declaration cannot be displayed as a port but can only jump out of the country, must mark "port of destination: 'e.g. Port of Tianjin'" in the "mark code and remarks" column on the Customs declaration, otherwise the tax refund will be affected; Display the "Chinese name" of the goods where the Customs declaration is located, check the commodity code against the customs code, check whether they are consistent, determine the Unit of measurement according to the code, and click the missing customs declaration requirements according to the supervision conditions listed by the customs; Sending documents or accompanying documents must be carefully checked for any missing documents or data errors before sealing; Track customs clearance and ensure loading and boarding.

6. Confirmation and modification of bill of lading:

Confirm with the customer the display of the bill of lading content, and the product name must be consistent with the information.

7. Signature:

After customs clearance, the carrier immediately faxes the main and sub orders, prepares a bill of lading based on the information of the main and sub orders, and faxes it to the customer.

8. Cost settlement:

After entering the incurred expenses in the A/R and A/P details, print the fax Bill of costs in the Freight Confirmation Doc interface, confirm the return, invoice and settle (cash, delegated collection, monthly settlement, transfer).
