1Stamping parts and spinning parts:

1. Material: South Korean plate is preferred, ensuring no sand holes after polishing and smooth surface after electroplating.

2. Material: No pinholes, bruises, scratches,

3. Thickness: The requirements of engineering data shall prevail (0.6 material of lamp cup; 0.8 materials below 400, 1.0 materials above 400 ~ 800, 1.2 materials from 800 ~ 1000, and 1.5 materials exceeding 1200 (divided into blocks); More than 0.8 materials for hanging bells).

4. Surface: No spin embossing, stamping marks and broken marks. (If this phenomenon can be removed after polishing, it can be accepted)

5. Surface: No sharp edges, burrs or burrs.

6. Dimension: The tolerance of general work pieces shall not exceed 1.5 mm, except special work pieces.

7. Hole position: It cannot be deformed, and the tooth hole must be smooth. If the bell needs to be welded at the suspender and the sleeve, all the sleeve teeth must be tested.

8. Other specific specifications, dimensions, hole diameter, hole spacing and other requirements shall be in accordance with the requirements of engineering data.

(2) Square box:

1. Material: Authentic South Korean plate is preferred, ensuring no sand holes after polishing and smooth surface after electroplating.

2. Thickness: According to the requirements of engineering data (0.8 materials below 400, 1.0 materials above 400 ~ 800, 1.2 materials from 800 ~ 1000, 1.5 materials exceeding 1200 (divided into blocks))

3. Surface: no sharp edges and rough edges; There are no pinholes, bumps and scratches (there are no more than one bumps and scratches within L=2MM within 1 square decimeter, and no obvious places can be found; Pinholes should not exceed 3/1 square decimeter).

4. Solder joints: Solder firmly; The weld mark on the front of the plate should not be too obvious.

5. Dimensions: The specific dimensions are strictly in accordance with the engineering data, with a general tolerance of ± 2 mm (except for special work pieces).

6. Hole position: hole diameter and hole spacing are strictly in accordance with engineering data, with general tolerance of ± 1 mm (except special work pieces)

(3) Tube category:

1. Material: White material (South Korean material is preferred, Taiwan; Japan); There is no sand hole after polishing, and the surface is smooth after electroplating.

2. Thickness: 0.9-1.0 MM (determined according to the purpose); Uniform thickness.

3. Surface: There can be no welds or pull patterns; There must be no sand holes or scratches. (If there is polishing, it must be removable)

4. Blanking: The cut section must be flat and perpendicular to the straight edge of the iron pipe, and the front must be small.

5. Chamfer: Chamfer angle shall be determined according to actual needs, and there shall be no reverse front.

6. Drilling: The hole must be round, and there must be no front inside and outside; The aperture and spacing are strictly according to the engineering data; General tolerance ± 1MM (except special work pieces).

7. Reaming: The hole must be straight; Ensure the same of inner and outer circles; There can be no front.

8. Tapping teeth: Smooth surface and chamfer are generally required before tapping teeth; Dental diameter as required; The tooth pattern and path are better; There should be no tooth pattern marks on the surface of the internal dental canal; Be sure to try your teeth.

9. Bend: Natural radian; The pipe at the bend must be full and not flat; There are no defects such as indentation, pit inflection point and deformation; Compared with engineering drawings, the tolerance of radian is generally 1MM (except special work pieces); Pay attention to tooth protection before electroplating and baking varnish.


(4) Stainless steel parts:

1. Material: Positive material is not strictly pressed (Taiwan material is preferred, WISCO; Shanggang); Generally 202 # indoors, 304 # outdoors and perishable positions.

2. Thickness: 0.8-2.0 MM (according to the purpose, decide and accept according to the drawings); Uniform thickness, use caliper acceptance.

3. Surface: The film is complete and there can be no obvious scratches. Tear off the film and check, the coloring is uniform and there is no chromatic aberration; There can be no pull patterns, sand holes and scratches; (If there is a small part of chrome color, it must be removed by polishing with hemp wheel)

4. Welding edge: operate according to the inspection standard of welded parts.

5. Corners: The blanking corners should be chamfer and abrasive edges, and there should be no reverse front scraper.

6. Drilling: The hole must be round, and there must be no front inside and outside.The aperture and spacing are strictly in accordance with the engineering data. General tolerance ± 1MM (except special work pieces).


(5) Welded parts:

1. General: silver welding for copper parts. Brazing for iron parts.Argon arc welding for thin stainless steel.Carbon dioxide welding for thick iron.

2. Solid welding, full appearance and uniform welding marks.Leakage welding, false welding, sand holes and other phenomena are not allowed.

3. There can be no deformation or rotten teeth. There must be no welding through the work piece.

4. The welding joint should be polished or sand leveled.

5. General requirements: All welds on the surface should be fully welded including edges and corners, which need to be ground by hand after welding, so as to facilitate polishing treatment;
